I'm having all kinds of problems with my data, huge gaps , missing data. I've uninstalled the program and tried re-installing, same problem. Neither Infinity nor TransAct has been able to help. I'm ready to go back to Tradestation.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Go to one of the charts and fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
