Can't find 2 week data trial cost option

I've just installed SC (on trial) to try out its Footprint and volume profile charting so Market depth data is required. As I've just started a trial I thought I would try the SC introductory data option for 5 USD for up to 2 weeks. But I can't seem to find it. I've read on several pages about selecting the "up to 2 week trial" option but I cannot find specific instructions on how to set it up. Any help would be much appreciated

You do not need market depth data at all for this. Use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. Thank you for the information and the help. I've attached a snip of the screen where i select the data option - it does not have the 5$ for upto 2 weeks option What am i missing? Thanks |

Well, what I've spent all day trying to avoid has happened. I wanted to avail of the $5 "Upto 2 week trial" for the real time data and index calc stats. So I read everything I could find on it and everything you sent me. As I couldn't find this option in the registration process for the free trial, I blindly went through the process of putting in everything it asked for. Then eventually the $5 option showed up. I selected it and tried to complete the page. It wouldn't let me because it said that i was underfunded for the renewal. Hence I funded it with more than enough to try to get past that stage. And what happened: the full 33usd was taken from my account immediately. So now I have to engage you guys to help in refunding the monies and getting me on the $5 trial data Sorry, but this is frustrating. I've spent over 10 hours reading up on trying to get this program up and running and have found the process incredibly difficult to accomplish without the need to have to reverse the small steps that have been made..... |

In regards to: index calc stats.
If you are interested in the Market Statistics, this is already included without having to pay anything extra. Refer to:Sierra Chart Market Statistics For what other symbols do you want real-time data for? Sorry, but this is frustrating.
