Well, what I've spent all day trying to avoid has happened. I wanted to avail of the $5 "Upto 2 week trial" for the real time data and index calc stats. So I read everything I could find on it and everything you sent me. As I couldn't find this option in the registration process for the free trial, I blindly went through the process of putting in everything it asked for. Then eventually the $5 option showed up. I selected it and tried to complete the page. It wouldn't let me because it said that i was underfunded for the renewal. Hence I funded it with more than enough to try to get past that stage. And what happened: the full 33usd was taken from my account immediately. So now I have to engage you guys to help in refunding the monies and getting me on the $5 trial data Sorry, but this is frustrating. I've spent over 10 hours reading up on trying to get this program up and running and have found the process incredibly difficult to accomplish without the need to have to reverse the small steps that have been made.....
