Problem about "Symbol is unknown" at sierra chart

Hi ,I just updated the newest version for my sierra chart, but then I loaded my chart book each of it shows that symbol is unknown,but chart is still real-time update and before I updated everything is alright And I reinstalled sierra chart , but this problem still not resolve ,how to fix it? And when I selected "Trading Chart DOM on" it will pop up again |

You still may have a problem seeing the best bid and ask on the Trade DOM and we are working on adding support for that now when using Rithmic and not subscribed to market depth data.

YES I didn't order EUREX ,and my sybol list has FDAX1216 and FGBL0317-EUREX I deleted them ,and reopen sierra chart still showed "symbol is unknown" And please look clearly at attached pic ,my chart column has bid/ask info but Trade DOM don't have bid/ask info!!! |

This can still happen because Sierra Chart has a 2 tick tolerance before rejecting the order internally. Meaning it can still be at a price level which will cause it to fill and then could be rejected externally. chart column has bid/ask info but Trade DOM don't have bid/ask info!!!
