SC with Ritmic

I've connected SC with Ritmic. I've got green light and can download historical data on the ES.
But then the price does not move. I have no real time activity. If I disconnect and re-connect the data feed the price updates up to the moment of the re-connection but then again no real time price movement.
I contacted both my broker and Ritmic and everything is correctly settled on their side.
Could you please help me?

The first 2 of these errors, we have not seen previously. They are from the Rithmic system. Please show your broker these errors. Essentially what it looks like is your account is disabled.
