Rollover Troubleshooting

I am not able to complete rollover after I allowed two rollover contracts to pass. I have updated the Sierra Charts version and I am still unable to get the rollover to take. The screen just stays white and does nothing after attempting to load. I'm doing the rollover the way I always have. Everything is paid and current on all sides. Please help!

How did you perform the rollover?

What is the current symbol for the chart (as it shows in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol)?

We want to point out that you are setup to get your data from Rithmic, so if you are having an issue with their data, you will have to ask your broker/Rithmic about this.

I went to Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover >> Chose ESU6.CME >> ok

The current symbol is ESH6.CME and I want to rollover to ESU6

The data appears to be coming through fine as far as I can see. I've never had this happen, so what would be the reason that a rollover you not go through?

Does the fact that I did not rollover for the contract in between change anything?
