Your log shows you changing your service from Rithmic to CQG to Rithmic. Do you have accounts that use both Rithmic and CQG? The first item of note with regards to this is that you are not updating the symbols when you change services. Each service uses a different symbology, so when you change services you need to change the symbols. When you select OK on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window after changing services, you are prompted to update the symbols. You should answer "Yes" to this. If you do not, or if you open a different chartbook later and you need to update the symbols, then you can select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Refer to the following: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service The next item is that if you are connecting to a CQG account, then you need to understand that Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you would have to get that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You did have data setup in February 2026, but it had not renewed. If you need to get your data from us, then you can activate the exchanges for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you do setup the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then this will probably resolve the issues with Rithmic as well. But, if you want to get the data from Rithmic, then the first thing you need to do is to ensure that all your charts are on the current front contract. Rithmic does not have data for previous contracts, and we see several references to charts for ESH26.CME. These all need to be changed to ESU26.CME. Also, make sure that you have the fields for the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" filled in on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" in order to get the data from Rithmic.
