I am not able to complete rollover after I allowed two rollover contracts to pass. I have updated the Sierra Charts version and I am still unable to get the rollover to take. The screen just stays white and does nothing after attempting to load. I'm doing the rollover the way I always have. Everything is paid and current on all sides. Please help!
