Hi!

I have service package 12 but when I try to use large volume trades indicator, the indicator doesn't show up on the charts. Similarly, the MBO only shows the closest bid and ask level, and not the full depth of market. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For some reason, you change the displayed Market Depth Levels settings in the Chart >> Chart Settings tab, not the Global Settings (Chart DOM Settings) tab. So, go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth, there is "Maximum Market Depth Levels".
This may be why your Large Trade Study is not working. But, in that Study settings you need to set the Volume threshold to something that would trigger the large volume to trigger.

The "Large Volume Trade Indicator" requires that your data is stored in 1 tick increments. Make sure you have this set properly. Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

With regards to the MBO, you are getting your data from Rithmic and not from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Sierra Chart only supports MBO (Market by Order) data from our own Denali Exchange Data Feed.

As to the Market Depth data, you should first check with your broker/Rithmic, to see if you are setup to get the Market Depth data from them. If you are, then refer to the following:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

If you want to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then follow the instructions at the following link (note the green highlighted section in there first):
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

After you have setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed and have an exchange that includes Market Depth data, then to get the MBO data, follow these instructions:
Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
