Hi, before the update this morning it used to work fine. I assume some default setting got triggered again. Sorry but I fail to figure out which one. I have several chartbooks setup for different symbols. Each one of them has a Time and Sales window (do not know if it used to be attached or always visible). When I now switch from one chart book to another all the data clears. How do I prevent this from happening? Thanks |

We are not able to reproduce what we think you are seeing. We have two chartbooks open (Chartbook1 and Chartbook2) and we open the Time and Sales window for ESH26-CME in Chartbook1. We then change to Chartbook2 and the Time and Sales window disappears (which is correct functioning, since it is associated with Chartbook1). When we go back to Chartbook1 the Time and Sales window is open again and it shows all the data that it had previously. If you are seeing something different from the above workflow, then let us know what exactly is different. If your workflow to reproduce this is also different, then we need to know exactly what you are doing when this occurs. Thanks for your quick response. My workflow is exactely according to your description. The difficulty I am having is that when I switch back to i.e. chartbook1, all the data is gone. It seems to matter how much time I spend on chartbook2 though. When I switch back almost instantly, some data is still there but not all. When I linger for more than say 1 minute or more on chartbook2, then go back to chartbook1, ALL the data is gone. It is like I would hit "clear". Before the update it used to work just the way you described. I could switch back and forth, spend the entire day on whatever chartbook and all the Time & Sales data were gathered on all the other chartbooks too. |

Although we do not think this is related, we want to point out that you are not setup to get any real-time data from us. And it looks like you have your "Current Selected Service" set to "Teton". Therefore, you would HAVE to get the real-time data from us, as there is no other choice when using Teton. But the last time you had real-time data from us for the CME Group was in November 2025. So we are not sure if this is just an oversight, or done on purpose. If you want to get the real-time data for the CME Group, then you can activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you do activate an exchange, then let us know if this resolves the issue with Time and Sales.
