Thanks for your response. My workflow is exactly the same as you described in post #2, the only difference is that I have 3 time and sales windows open for chart book 1. The first has no filter and does not lose data when switching to chart book 2 and back to chart book 1, the second has a filter set to 10 which sometimes loses all data and sometimes loses partial data when switching to another chart book and back, and the last one has a filter set to 50 which loses all the data every time I switch chart books and switch back. Time and Sales Settings for the one filtered at 50 is: General: Do not combine No, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, 0, 2000, 1, 1 Columns: No, yes, yes, yes, yes, no, no, no, no, no Filtering: Input Filtering -> Volume >=(min): 50 Alerts: Volume, >=, 50, yes, no alert sound, no alert sound |
