My M6B chart will not load. I get the 0.0 loading window, but the screen freezes, and I cannot click on Edit. All of my other chartbooks load correctly. When I try to open a new M6B (March), it will not load either. |

The first thing we want to point out is that it appears you are connecting to an account using the Teton Order Routing service. But you have not activated any exchanges for the CME Group with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you are not setup to get any real-time data. You need to activate the exchange(s) for the CME Group for which you want real-time data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges But, you should be getting delayed streaming data for M6B. What is the symbol as you have entered it in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol"?
