We are not having any issues with the chartbooks you uploaded. So we are not certain of what is occurring. But a couple of items of note: - The first chart labeled "Daily" in the "M6B" chart is set to be an Intraday chart. So the bars are being developed from the Intraday data. And you have it set to load 365 days of data. This is a fair amount of data, and it can take a bit to load depending on your system. - In the "Oil" chartbook, the last chart labeled as "TPO_Hourly" has a symbol of M6BH26_FUT_CME. We think you want a CL symbol, not M6B in this case. As we mentioned in our previous post - please update to the latest release by following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update If that does not resolve the issue, then try starting Sierra Chart in "Safe Mode" and see if you have the same issue opening the charts in Safe Mode.
