Available Account (List)

click the 02 account and click ADD and it will move down and 01 will stay the leader

Mate,
I am sorry I did figure that out. Now look. I have done everything I THINK right yet only one order is showing at Apex.
1-I have 1 as the master
2- allocation enabled
3- I have 2 in the allocation

on the dom I have 1 in the main drop down

But at apex only 1 order shows

I am soooo sorry to buy you, and I have the entire discord room trying to help too...

On the DOM click M (menu) go to Settings and there click Enable Order Allocation to Trade Accounts and also Enable Order Allocation to Trade Accounts

Keep in mind that the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" is setup per chart, as it is associated with the Trade Window, which is per chart. So if you set this up on a chart, but then submit a trade from another chart, the Order Allocation may not be what you think (as it will depend on how it is setup on that other chart).

Also, keep in mind that the information on the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" does not specify a "Master" account. The "Master" account is whatever account is setup to be traded on that chart per the Trade Window. And any accounts that are setup to be copied to will have the orders copied to them. This means that if you have account "02" in the list to be copied to and you change from account "01" to "03", the copies of the orders will still be done to "02".

This also means that if you select "02" the orders will not be duplicated. You will just get one set of orders sent as you would expect.

Given the above, make sure everything is setup correctly and you are using the correct chart. If you still have a problem, then check your Trade Activity Log and see if it is showing trades for the "02" account. If not, then check the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is anything in there as to why orders to the "02" account are not going through.

Actually, I didn't make the doms from a chart. I went into file>find symbol>...so a chart was never involved, I created doms stand alone. There are no MES charts in this chartbook...hmmm rats now I am really confused

Trading DOMs are just a specialized chart as far as the underlying Sierra Chart is concerned. So it doesn't matter if it is a Trading DOM or a Chart that you are trading from, the concepts are all the same. Specifically, the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts setup only applies to that individual "Chart". So if you set it up on one "chart", it will not be the same as another "chart" unless you have specifically set them up, or used the options for including in Trade Configurations and/or Linking.

Mate,
I have gone over this again and again, and I can't see what is wrong. The only 'chart/dom' open in this chartbook for MESH6 is what you see in the screenshot of #26 dom.
1- I have the 01 acct selected on main dom page, you see it circled
2- I have the 01 acct as the top line 'available accts'
3- I have the 'enabled' to YES
4- I have the 02 acct as the 'allocation'
5- I have multiplier at 1.
6- I have a 1 lot entered in the chart/dom, which correctly shows as live in Apex open orderbook
7- There is NO second allocated order being created for acct 02

I am trying so hard, but I don't see what is wrong...I hate taking up your time, but I have to get this to work. Karen

Everything looks correct. After you place a trade and the orders are not sent to the "02" account, then get us your Trade Service Log by following these instructions:
