ok John, this is getting more hopeless. So I have made sure the dom settings are all correct. You can see from screenshot that 01 is the available acct, enabled is YES, and allocation is 02. There is only one order in the order box on Apex. When I call up the trade service log there is nothing that updates, as you can see. I hope you guys can figure it out. Thank you for your time.
