trade order stop loss got triggered but price never reached into it

i had this issue twice in my personal account where i place and order with about 20 ticks below stop loss, at some point i change timeframe and all of a sudden my order stop loss alarm went off, when i looked into it the price was about 18 ticks away from stop loss and apparently got triggered i need a solution or the money i lost.

The issue you are having is that you are not viewing the real-time data. The exchange that you had active in December, did not automatically renew on January 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.
