What does your Trade Activity Log show for why the position was closed? There should be an order related to it that was the closing order for it. Look at the information for that order and see if it was actually the Stop or something else. Also, please get us your Message Log by following these instructions so we can check a couple of items: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
