Hello Sierra Chart Support,

My Account Name is: bahaanyaz

I am writing to request assistance regarding my real-time data activation. I have already purchased and activated Service Package 11 (Integrated Advanced), which is valid until February 16, 2026. I have also paid for the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

However, the data for the GCG26 (COMEX) contract is still showing as Delayed by 10 minutes (DD: 00:10:10). I understand that your policy requires a connection to a live funded trading account to enable real-time CME data.

The Problem: I am a resident of Iraq. I have attempted to open a live account with your recommended brokers (including Interactive Brokers), but they all block my country and do not accept clients from my region due to international restrictions.

My Questions:

Since I am already paying for Package 11 and Denali Data, is there an alternative way to verify my non-professional status to receive the real-time data I paid for?

How can a user in a restricted region like Iraq fulfill the live account requirement when the listed brokers do not support our residency?

Please find the attached screenshots of my account status and the block message I received from the broker.

We are sorry, but the requirement of having a live, funded, futures trading account comes from the CME Group. We do this verification by having you connect your Sierra Chart software to that live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month for verification.

Therefore, there is no alternative to this.

There is nothing that needs to be done for you to activate the "Professional" exchanges. Just activate the professional exchanges for which you want the real-time CME Group data at the following link:

Since I am now tagged as a Professional, if I activate the CME Data (Option 2 - $155/month) or (Option 4 - $81/month) from the Denali Exchange Data page, will I receive Real-Time data immediately without the need for a linked trading account?

Just to double-check, as a Professional user in Iraq, this setup will bypass the requirement for a US-based broker, correct?

Once you confirm, I will proceed with adding the necessary funds to my account via PayPal.

Yes, this is true. Although we do want to point out that you do not need a specific "US-based broker". You just need a broker that Sierra Chart can connect to. This would be Interactive Brokers, or a broker that supports CQG, Rithmic, or Teton for Order Routing (not all CQG accounts can be used).

Hello Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with my account (Username: bahaanyaz).

I recently added 155 USD to my account specifically to subscribe to COMEX Professional Data Feed (Service #8). However, I noticed that part of the balance was automatically used to renew my "Usage Time" for 72 days, leaving only 84 USD in my balance.

As a result, I am unable to activate Service #8 due to "Insufficient Balance".

Could you please assist me by manually activating Service #8 (COMEX Professional) for me? I intended the full 155 USD for this service. If needed, you can adjust my usage time to cover the difference, as my priority is getting the real-time data active now.

I am a new user (Username: bahaanyaz). I previously added 155 USD to my account to activate Service #8 (COMEX Professional), but part of it was automatically deducted for usage time.

I currently have 84 USD remaining in my balance. I request that you please deduct this remaining balance and activate Service #8 for me manually.

I made a mistake in the allocation because I am new to the system, and I need this real-time data active as soon as possible.

I am writing to clarify a mistake I made as a new user. I have accidentally purchased an additional month of 'Sierra Chart Usage Time' twice. I did not intend to renew the usage time for a second time right now.
I kindly request that you cancel the extra month I just purchased by mistake and use those funds, along with my remaining balance, to activate 'Service #8 (COMEX Professional)' for me.
As you can see in my account, I have already paid the required fees (155 USD in total), but they were misallocated due to my lack of experience with the system. I need the real-time data for Service #8 to be active as soon as possible.

I sincerely apologize for the confusion and the mistakes I’ve made in my account settings. As a new user, I am still learning how the system works.
I have accidentally paid for the platform usage time twice, which is why my balance is currently insufficient to activate the data feed. I am very serious about this purchase and I have already funded my account with the full amount required.
I kindly ask for your help this time to correct these errors. Please cancel the duplicate usage time purchase and use my total funds to activate 'Service #8 (COMEX Professional)' for me manually.
