Hello Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with my account (Username: bahaanyaz).

I recently added 155 USD to my account specifically to subscribe to COMEX Professional Data Feed (Service #8). However, I noticed that part of the balance was automatically used to renew my "Usage Time" for 72 days, leaving only 84 USD in my balance.

As a result, I am unable to activate Service #8 due to "Insufficient Balance".

Could you please assist me by manually activating Service #8 (COMEX Professional) for me? I intended the full 155 USD for this service. If needed, you can adjust my usage time to cover the difference, as my priority is getting the real-time data active now.
