Hello Sierra Chart Support, My Account Name is: bahaanyaz I am writing to request assistance regarding my real-time data activation. I have already purchased and activated Service Package 11 (Integrated Advanced), which is valid until February 16, 2026. I have also paid for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. However, the data for the GCG26 (COMEX) contract is still showing as Delayed by 10 minutes (DD: 00:10:10). I understand that your policy requires a connection to a live funded trading account to enable real-time CME data. The Problem: I am a resident of Iraq. I have attempted to open a live account with your recommended brokers (including Interactive Brokers), but they all block my country and do not accept clients from my region due to international restrictions. My Questions: Since I am already paying for Package 11 and Denali Data, is there an alternative way to verify my non-professional status to receive the real-time data I paid for? How can a user in a restricted region like Iraq fulfill the live account requirement when the listed brokers do not support our residency?
