I sincerely apologize for the confusion and the mistakes I’ve made in my account settings. As a new user, I am still learning how the system works.
I have accidentally paid for the platform usage time twice, which is why my balance is currently insufficient to activate the data feed. I am very serious about this purchase and I have already funded my account with the full amount required.
I kindly ask for your help this time to correct these errors. Please cancel the duplicate usage time purchase and use my total funds to activate 'Service #8 (COMEX Professional)' for me manually.
