I am writing to clarify a mistake I made as a new user. I have accidentally purchased an additional month of 'Sierra Chart Usage Time' twice. I did not intend to renew the usage time for a second time right now.
I kindly request that you cancel the extra month I just purchased by mistake and use those funds, along with my remaining balance, to activate 'Service #8 (COMEX Professional)' for me.
As you can see in my account, I have already paid the required fees (155 USD in total), but they were misallocated due to my lack of experience with the system. I need the real-time data for Service #8 to be active as soon as possible.
