How do I show Numbers Bars, also called footprints? I am using a free trial. Are Numbers Bars available with a free trial?

The Numbers Bars study is available with the trial. On a Trial, you have the full functionality of the system, but you are limited in what data you have access to. How do I access real time charts for MNQ & NQ? Yesterday I bought and paid for Package 11 with Denali Exchange Data Feed and Teton Order Routing Service. I can see real time charts for AAPL and several other symbols but not for MNQ and NQ. MNQ & NQ are the only two symbols I trade. Regarding MNQ & NQ I receive a message "Symbol not allowed". How do I get real time data for MNQ & NQ?

To start with, you are still on the Trial and did not change to a paid package. We see that you added funds, but you did not select a package. Follow the instructions at the following link to change to a paid package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions Note that in order to connect to data and trading services (including our own Denali Exchange Data Feed) you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information on the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing In order to get real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Thank-you for your time and help John. I'm just not catching on. I cannot at all understand how to interact with Sierra Chart Trading and Charting. I've never had such difficulty with other charting services. Nothing, absolutely nothing, is clear to me. I wish I could understand especially so I could use your footprint charts for Nasdaq-100 futures. I'm not even sure my questions are welcome or if they are just plain stupid. You are great John, absolutely great. I'm just too dumb to follow along. Rather than taking up anymore of your valuable time, how do I get my funds back? I'm too dumb to even figure out how to do that. Thank-you again John. I truly appreciate your time. I'm altogether unable to follow what is going on. It's a bad feeling but I guess that's on me.
