Real time Data not working Even with Denali Feed (CQG issue)

I saw the threads and replies to the issue with the sudden change to real time data for people with CQG webAPI. The replies all said to enable denali feed. I DO have Denali feed enabled for the CME top of book and it is active, was working just fine until today. when I connect I get the message "Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.ENQU25. ID:6" click for symbol isn't working. WHen I went to SRVSET and enabled support for sierra chart data feeds, the error message goes away and history is loaded but it doesn't work, it loads the data but stays frozen from that point and doesn't update the price nor chart from the point i connect. Please advise what happened and what I need to do resolve. IF the symbol needs to change please advise which symbol since your symbol look up link didn't work and when I looked it up in chart settings it still shows the same CQG symbols...

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". i believe i spotted the issue, the message log says my max connections 1 and numcurrentConnectionDifferentDevices=2. The other machine running SC has in the SRVset current service selected "SC-Data all services" and is running different symbols for the same markets. the machine with the issue is using CQGWebApi using my username & password. I am allowed to run 2 instances of Sierra Chart and have not had any problems until today., would I not be allowed to have both instances working? if not then is there some other fee that needs to be paid? I went to the activation page and set the #of systems to 2 and it resolved the data issue. The only question i have now is just wanted to make sure the orders will still be routed to my account the same way. In other words, does enabling support for SC data in the SrvSet affect the order routing?

You have everything correct now. With regards to what you did, the information related to this is here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously The order routing is NOT affected in any way with regards to the use of Sierra Chart data or other data. The orders are routed to the service that is selected in "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service".
