i believe i spotted the issue, the message log says my max connections 1 and numcurrentConnectionDifferentDevices=2. The other machine running SC has in the SRVset current service selected "SC-Data all services" and is running different symbols for the same markets. the machine with the issue is using CQGWebApi using my username & password. I am allowed to run 2 instances of Sierra Chart and have not had any problems until today., would I not be allowed to have both instances working? if not then is there some other fee that needs to be paid?
