When the Chartbook is open translate the symbols with this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
Otherwise, everything looks fine with your Sierra Chart account.
If you still have a problem, follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
