In terms of the Teton Order Routing - we need to know who your broker is, so we can see if they have support for this service.

With regards to your Rithmic connection issue, we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
