To start with, our primary recommendation is to just use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed. This data is 10-15 minutes delayed (depending on exchange) but acts like real-time data otherwise. It also does not cost anything additional to use. We developed this feature specifically for people in your situation where you do not have a trading account, but you want to learn how to trade or how to use Sierra Chart for your trading. In addition, we have our Trading Evaluator Service which can be used with the Delayed data as well. Refer to the following for more information on the delayed streaming data:

And refer to the following for the Trading Evaluator service:

Otherwise, if you are wanting real-time data from the CME Group and you want to pay the non-professional rates, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect to at least once a month. For more information on this, refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Since you do not have a broker, you would either need to get one, or you would need to pay the Professional fees for the CME Group exchanges.

We recommend the service outlined in the following link for a way to get a funded account for a minimal outlay in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
