If you are getting historical intraday data from Rithmic, then you are the first. In general, our users are not able to get any historical data, just the current real-time data. Our recommendation has been to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Given that the data is still "buggy" for you, we still keep the same recommendation - use the Denali Exchange Data Feed to avoid the issues with the Rithmic Data. In terms of the two installations using the same Data folder and not being able to reset where they are located is very odd. If you want to have the "Data" folder for each installation under the main Sierra Chart folder for each one, then the easiest thing to do is to update the setting for Always Use 'Data' Folder within Main Folder so that this is Enabled. Then each installation should have the "Data" folder located under the main installation folder.
