To begin with, the old Bridge file connection is no longer working. You need to connect using the new interface that Rithmic has created. To set this up, follow the instructions at the following link:

Hey, I already had connected with the rhitmic interface.
I installed a second copy of sierra chart, the intraday chart now loads but it takes super long. The hisorical chart downloads in seconds but the intrday takes hours. If I increase Intraday Data Storage Time Unit it loads faster, but its buggy. it doesn't load correctly. and i need the 1 tick storage unit for my footprint chart. why does it take so long? the dom for example works very fast and good. with sierra chart delayed data feed i didn't had problems at all. is it because of rhitmic servers?
also i have a new problem. yesterday i updated sierra chart and now both copies use the same data folder. the older copy i used for delayed sierra chart data feed now uses the data folder from the new instance that i used for rhitmic. if i try to change it, it always gets resetet...

If you are getting historical intraday data from Rithmic, then you are the first. In general, our users are not able to get any historical data, just the current real-time data. Our recommendation has been to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Given that the data is still "buggy" for you, we still keep the same recommendation - use the Denali Exchange Data Feed to avoid the issues with the Rithmic Data. Refer to the information at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

In terms of the two installations using the same Data folder and not being able to reset where they are located is very odd. If you want to have the "Data" folder for each installation under the main Sierra Chart folder for each one, then the easiest thing to do is to update the setting for Always Use 'Data' Folder within Main Folder so that this is Enabled. Then each installation should have the "Data" folder located under the main installation folder.

Refer to:
General Settings Window: Always Use 'Data' Folder within Main Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths)

Yes you absolutely do need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with Rithmic.

You guys keep pushing denali... some of us can't use denali when connecting with OneUp trader or MES Capital. The only option is Rithmic. Are you saying there is a work around?

Assuming you require CME Group data, first complete the exchange agreements:

And then activate the exchange or exchanges that you need here:

Just a rabbit hole to get you signed up for Denali. MES Capital is paying for our fees yet you want us to pay for it again here with Sierra?

I'm already paying for CME through AMP. Are you suggesting I should be paying through Sierra as well and be double charged? So bizarre.

Yes you cannot rely on Rithmic historical data. You need to cancel the exchange fees you are paying through AMP. You do not need to pay twice.

No this is definitely not true at all:
Just a rabbit hole to get you signed up for Denali. MES Capital is paying for our fees yet you want us to pay for it again here with Sierra?

The core issue is CME market data policy.

Sierra Chart stopped development to Rithmic about four years ago. Rithmic developed new integration to Sierra Chart using the DTC protocol, but there is some issue on their side regarding historical data but we have our own data feed (Denali) that can be used instead.

The Denali Exchange Data Feed is only 10 USD per month more. It is very inexpensive. The issue of course is the CME exchange fees but that is something we do not have any control over but if you have a normal funded account which you can obtain for 100 USD, then you only have to pay about 3 or less USD per month for the exchange fee:
