Theoretically what you are asking for is possible, but do you really want to place a trade based on data that is 10 minutes and 10 seconds old? Additionally, it will be hard to do anything but place Market Orders as you will not know the current price and therefore will not know where to place a Limit Order (for example). We really recommend activating the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the appropriate exchange(s) in order to get Real-Time data.
