When this occurs, the most likely reason is due to not having the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled. This setting is on the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings window. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

If that option is already enabled, then we would need to see your Message Log to determine what may be occurring. Follow these instructions:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
