This is a Rithmic issue. We are not able to solve this. We recommend that you move to the Sierra Chart order routing service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service If you are doing simulated trading you can use this service: Simulated Futures Trading Service In the interim, activate the Denali Exchange data feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed This will also solve the problem by using the Denali Exchange data feed. But please take our advice and move off of Rithmic. Sierra Chart has poor quality integration to Rithmic. This latest issue looks like something on the Rithmic side.
