Here are the answers to your questions:

1. Just place both studies in the same region. Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Chart Region

Be sure to look through all of the above, as it includes a section on using the Left-Hand Scale if the values between the studies are very different.

2. Add the Volume by Price study to the chart. Refer to the following:

3. This is called Numbers Bars in Sierra Chart. Refer to the following:

4. The colors are controlled in Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global. The text in the scales is controlled by the general Chart Text coloring. Refer to the following:
