I bought Denali data feed. Activated Full CME (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) Non Professional Trading account for $6.

With Data/Trade Service settings - > Current selected Service (List) -> Rithmic Direct - DTC [Trading]
No delay in data.

With Data/Trade Service settings - > Current selected Service (List) -> SC Data [Sierra Chart Data]
Note: Allow support for Sierra chart data Feeds: Is set to "YES"
Yet: Data was delayed by 10 min.

How to get live data with SC data [Denali data feed]

You are not actually getting the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. What you saw when you were connected to Rithmic, was the Rithmic data.

Your problem is that you have activated a Non-Professional exchange, but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following regarding this requirement:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

We can tell that you have not connected, as your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00". Once you make a connection to your live account, then this date will update to 30 days in the future. This date always needs to be in the future in order to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can view the "Verified Until" date for your account at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

In the Exchange Agreements, you specified that you have an account with Dorman. If you tell us what order routing service you are setup to use with Dorman, then we can point you to the proper instructions to make the connection.

Also, refer to the following regarding connecting once a month, if you are not going to stay connected:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

Dear Support Team,

I am using the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

My EUREX data has been active for a long time and works smoothly (see attached screenshot: “live”).
Today, I activated the CBOT / CME / COMEX bundle (see attached screenshot: “activated”).
However, within my Sierra Chart instance, I am only receiving delayed data for these newly activated markets (see attached screenshot: “delayed”).

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Restarted the Sierra Chart instance multiple times
- Disconnected and reconnected to the data feed several times

Unfortunately, the issue persists and the data remains delayed.
Could you please check whether the real-time data entitlement is correctly enabled on your side and advise on how to resolve this?

Many thanks in advance for your support.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges, is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the "Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges" section here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported Trading service, then refer to this solution:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Consider the above solution to avoid this problem in the future.
