Dear Support Team, I am using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. My EUREX data has been active for a long time and works smoothly (see attached screenshot: “live”). Today, I activated the CBOT / CME / COMEX bundle (see attached screenshot: “activated”). However, within my Sierra Chart instance, I am only receiving delayed data for these newly activated markets (see attached screenshot: “delayed”). I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: - Restarted the Sierra Chart instance multiple times - Disconnected and reconnected to the data feed several times Unfortunately, the issue persists and the data remains delayed. Could you please check whether the real-time data entitlement is correctly enabled on your side and advise on how to resolve this? Many thanks in advance for your support. |
