Hello
I didn't succed to connect my Sierra Chart Platform.
When I connect to account panel, all things looks fine.
Could you please tell me if you see something on your side.

Everything about your account looks good. But we do not understand where you are having a problem connecting to. Are you having a problem getting data? Or are you not able to connect to your trading account?

Also, please follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

The following line in your Message Log is what is important:
CQG WebAPI | Logon Unsuccessful. Server message: Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM

As it states, your CQG login has been disabled for some reason. You need to contact your broker and ask them why this occurred.

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.
