Hi. I dont know what iam doing. My engmish not good. I paid 2 times and made all what there said and still delay on Sierra. What iam doing wrong ? Can you check my acc? |

You should be getting real-time data for the EUREX instruments. If not, then let us know. Although you did deactivate that exchange, so you will only get data through the end of this month for EUREX, as it will not automatically renew. If you do want to continue to get EUREX data, then you will want to select the Activate button for the exchange on the following page (you will not be charged again for this exchange until January 1, 2022): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedEUREX#Exchanges With regards to the CME Data, you must understand that in order to get the data at the much lower cost non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect your Sierra Chart to. As part of this, you also need to specify the broker you are working with for your trading account and your account number in the Exchange Agreements. You did not enter the necessary information in the Exchange Agreement, therefore you are not able to activate the non-professional CME exchanges.
