Subject: Question about plan + CME exchange cost for Gold (XAUUSD) only Hello Sierra Chart Support, I have a trial account with $14 balance and I want to trade Gold (XAUUSD) only using Footprint charts and heat map. I have a chartbook from Ticinotrader that includes: - Heat map (Market Depth Historical Graph) - Iceberg detector - Footprint with delta - Volume Profile Currently I can only see candles — no heat map, no depth data. I have the following questions: 1. Do I need to pay the $26/month software plan FIRST before I can activate any CME exchange? 2. After paying the $26 plan, do I need to pay an additional $13.5/month for the CME exchange with Market Depth? 3. Is the total monthly cost $26 + $13.5 = $39.5/month just to see the heat map and real volume data for Gold futures (GC)? 4. With the plan + CME exchange activated, will the Ticinotrader chartbook heat map work correctly with real Level 2 data? 5. Is there a cheaper option to get real CME data with Market Depth for Gold only? I only want to trade Gold — I don't need any other markets. Thank you for your help. Richard |
