1. There are two components to the pricing. First is your package, which is the subsription to use the software itself. In order to connect to data and trading services (including our own Denali Exchange Data Feed), you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. In order to be able to use the "Market Depth Historical Graph", you need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages. Therefore, we would recommend the "Integrated Advanced" package at $46.00 per month. Refer to the information for the packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing Second is the exchange fees. For just the COMEX exchange of the CME Group with Market Depth, the cost of the non-professional exchange is $13.50 per month. Refer to the exchange costs here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) In order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. While on the Trial, you have limited data available. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account Any paid package will allow you to get the historical data and any delayed streaming data we have available. But to get the real-time data, you do need to meet the criteria we set out above in #1. 3. We assume so. Although it is not our study, so we can't guarantee anything about it. You should double-check with Ticino Trader on what is needed for their study. We will say that Ticino Trader is a good source, so we doubt there would be any issues, as long as you have what is needed for that study. 4. You do not "connect" to Denali directly. Sierra Chart is setup to look to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed first, then will try the connected service.
