Hello, Yesterday I got package 11 along with the NASDAQ data feed for $17 however today I tried to use Sierra Chart but as you can see the data is delayed for some reason? As you can see in the screenshot below, I have Dell and on Sierra Chart it's on the candle that is at 12:10 PM PST however it is actually 12:26 pm PST as you can see from my computer clock and if you look at Trading View it is showing the correct bar but SC is still on the 4th bar back. In the attachments is my chart and global session times and settings. I've also tried to change it to New York time but it still does the same thing. You can also see in the header of each window it says "Delayed" Also as another question, you can see my footprint on my footprint chart the values are very squished and I can only see it when I expand it to fill the whole screen but then 1 candle takes up the whole screen. Is there a way to make the values not so squished? Thanks for the help! |

I checked online and I saw that I need to add NQTV to the end of the ticker symbol so instead of DELL it needs to be DELL-NQTV. When I do this it doesn't say "delayed" anymore. Was this the issue? Also for the footprint charts I found and increased the "Volume at price multiplier" and now they aren't so squished. I just want to make sure there is nothing else that I missed on both of these issues?
