Hi, I'm using Sierra Chart with a Tradeify evaluation account through Rithmic, and I'm noticing that my Trade Activity Log and DPL (Daily Profit/Loss in Points) do not match my actual executions. For example, today: I entered 2 MES contracts long at 7500.00. I exited at 7505.25. This should be a 5.25-point move per contract ($52.50 total). However, Sierra Chart recorded the trade as 1 contract with only $26.25 profit, and my DPL also does not match the actual trade. Additionally, on a previous trading day, one of my trades was recorded with an incorrect exit price, resulting in a much larger profit than I actually made. I have not changed any trade logging, fill matching, or position settings in Sierra Chart. I also noticed that my previous live account (Account: E8578) now has incorrect historical trade data as well. Trades that were originally recorded correctly are now showing different prices and incorrect profit/loss values. It appears that historical data in that account has changed after the fact, which makes me think this may not be isolated to my current Tradeify evaluation account. I've verified that: I'm trading the correct symbol (MESU6.CME). Live chart prices display correctly. Tick size and symbol settings appear to be correct. I also came across the Sierra Chart documentation regarding Trade Activity Log price formatting and Trade Statistics for Charts. It mentions that incorrect prices/P&L can occur when viewing order fills from a different trading service or when trade statistics are built from incorrect or incomplete order fills. Since I'm seeing incorrect prices and P&L not only on my current Tradeify evaluation but also on my historical live account (E8578), could this be related to symbol/service mapping or trade activity log configuration for different trading services? Could you please help me determine why the Trade Activity Log and DPL are not matching my actual executions, and why the historical trades in my live account (E8578) appear to have changed? Thank you for your help. |

If you are trading using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol", then make sure that the "Currency Value per Tick" for your chart is set properly for the MES, even though the main symbol is ES. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Updating Currency Value per Tick for Trade Symbol If your Daily P/L is not matching up correctly when connected to a particular account, then go through the items at the following link: Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value: Simplified Steps to Solve Incorrect Daily Profit/Loss With regards to the Trade Activity Log showing different prices for previous trades, this is not possible, except for the situation in which you are viewing data for one trading service while connected to a different trading service. In this case, you will see the prices as they are stored in our system for the trades that were done with a different service. This is because each service uses a different format for how they transmit the data, so what you see has to be modified to show for the current selected service. In order to view historical trade data, you need to have that service selected in the "Current Selected Service" in your "Data/Trade Service Settings". You do not need to be actually connected (File >> Connect to Data Feed), but you do have to have that service setup properly. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Solving Trade Activity Incorrect Price Formatting and P/L Values For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
