We can not say what Order Fill is missing. The information for what occurred is completely on your system and we have no insight into it. You need to look at the order fills in comparison to your trades and make sure everything lines up. If something is missing, then you would need to add that in. As to the Long 2 Contracts showing as a trade of 1, you need to consider that altough you entered for a trade of 2, it may have filled as two separate trades of 1 each - in other words, you got a fill for 1 contract and then a fill for another 1 contract. So these could show as 2 individual trades of 1 each, or it could start with a quantity of 1 and then be added to with another quantity of 1.
