If you believe the issue is caused by an earlier missing fill, could you identify where the running position first becomes incorrect?
This is exactly what we think. That, or you are not starting the loading of the data early enough. We can not tell you where it occurred, as we do not know what exactly you were trading and when. That is what you need to determine based on the Order Fills. You need to determine where a fill is missing based on what you were trading and when.
