I am currently experiencing an error when I try to place "Live" trades from my AMP account. My CQG web API Trading is not receiving the proper symbols from Sierra Chart. It keeps trying to use the old symbol (F.US.EPU26) and is rejecting this month's symbol of (E.SU.EPU26), I have tried "Translate symbols to current service" but to no avail. The error message "Real-time market data supported with Sierra Chart data feed symbol F.US.EPU26 ID 8" keeps coming up. Please look into my account and rectify this please. Thank you in advance, JWD.

The exchange that you had active in June did not renew on July 1, 2026 due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges -- We are not understanding why you state that "F.US.EPU26" is an "old" symbol. And you reference a current symbol of "E.SU.EPU26" which doesn't make any sense. We are not aware of a change to the symbology for CQG. If there has been a change, then please point us to a website that shows this change. I have a payment posted on 7/3 when I made a $46 payment to Sierra Chart, so shouldn't my services be all good now? If you can take a look at the G7FX accelerator group most are using the symbol E.SU.EPH26 I spoke to AMP this morning and confirmed that, that is the current symbol we are on. And that the F.US.EPH26 was an older symbol but still valid until the 2nd week of Sept. Looked today and 3 of the active traders were using the F.US.EPH26, the other 7 active traders were using E.SU.EPH26. I am trying to attach a picture but your system is generating Intraday file C:\SierraChart\Data\ESU26-CME.scid. I do not know what to make of this?!? Please advise further, thank you, JWD.

The exchange(s) were already deactivated on July 1, 2026, so when you added the funds, the system would not know that you wanted to use it to activate the exchanges. You need to specifically activate them at this time (if you have not already done so). If you can take a look at the G7FX accelerator group most are using the symbol E.SU.EPH26
We have no idea where you (or someone) is getting E.SU.EPH26 for the proper symbol. For a connection to CQG, the proper symbol is "F.US.EPU26". Yes, the H contract is no longer traded and you need to be on the U contract. But the rest of the symbol information stays the same. "ESU26-CME" is the symbol that would be used if your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data" rather than CQG. Whenever you change your "Current Selected Service" you are prompted to update the symbols. Be sure to answer "Yes" to this question to ensure you have the proper symbols for the current service. If you do not, or if you open a different chartbook later, then you can update the symbols for the charts by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Thank you, for this explanation. Things make sense now! Under my ""Current Selected Service" I am using CQG and the others have their set to SC data. Hence, we are using different symbols, mine are not compatible with their and vice-versa. Much appreciation for the knowledge to resolve this matter
