Live CQG API account not working

I am currently experiencing an error when I try to place "Live" trades from my AMP account. My CQG web API Trading is not receiving the proper symbols from Sierra Chart. It keeps trying to use the old symbol (F.US.EPU26) and is rejecting this month's symbol of (E.SU.EPU26), I have tried "Translate symbols to current service" but to no avail. The error message "Real-time market data supported with Sierra Chart data feed symbol F.US.EPU26 ID 8" keeps coming up. Please look into my account and rectify this please. Thank you in advance, JWD.

The exchange that you had active in June did not renew on July 1, 2026 due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges -- We are not understanding why you state that "F.US.EPU26" is an "old" symbol. And you reference a current symbol of "E.SU.EPU26" which doesn't make any sense. We are not aware of a change to the symbology for CQG. If there has been a change, then please point us to a website that shows this change. I have a payment posted on 7/3 when I made a $46 payment to Sierra Chart, so shouldn't my services be all good now? If you can take a look at the G7FX accelerator group they are using the symbol E.SU.EPH26 I spoke to AMP this morning and confirmed that, that is the current symbol we are on. And that the F.US.EPH26 was the symbol for last month per AMP. I cannot seem to attach a picture but your system is generating Intraday file C:\SierraChart\Data\ESU26-CME.scid, the one all the traders in my group are currently using. Please advise further, thank you, JWD.
