I have a payment posted on 7/3 when I made a $46 payment to Sierra Chart, so shouldn't my services be all good now? If you can take a look at the G7FX accelerator group most are using the symbol E.SU.EPH26 I spoke to AMP this morning and confirmed that, that is the current symbol we are on. And that the F.US.EPH26 was an older symbol but still valid until the 2nd week of Sept. Looked today and 3 of the active traders were using the F.US.EPH26, the other 7 active traders were using E.SU.EPH26. I am trying to attach a picture but your system is generating Intraday file C:\SierraChart\Data\ESU26-CME.scid. I do not know what to make of this?!? Please advise further, thank you, JWD.
