This is a repeat of last month - I contacted Dorman Trading / Stage Five and received an email from them to acknowledge contact. At about 8:00 ET. I have not been able to connect to a live feed today. Can you supply directions that will allow me to have a continuous Denali feed from month to month. I realize I must not be following directions - and need help lee turner |

Your issue is not about connecting to your live, funded, futures trading account. Your "Verified Until" date is showing as "July 2, 2026". Your issue is that you do not have any exchanges currently active. You specifically deactivated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" on May 21, 2026 at 01:10:48 UTC. Therefore, you did not have any exchanges active to be renewed on June 1, 2026. Thank you I just made a payment to Sierra on May 28 - if I am required to make another payment then it appears there is a double billing for June. My account shows that it is up to date ++ I realize I am creating a frustrating problem but the 'account is activated for Denali' however it is in 'Simulation" mode but there is some requirement for additonal funds patience Doctor patience. lbt |

You made a payment on May 28, 2026 and then those funds were used to renew your package on that same day. This left you with a Services Surplus balance of $0.50. Exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the exchange that you had active in May did not renew on June 1, 2026 since you did not have enough funds in your account for that fee at that time. In order to get the real-time data, you need to add funds and activate the CME Group exchange for which you want the real-time data. When I paid $41.00 on May 28 it left a balance of .50 That 41.00 appeared to be enuf to cover Denali for the month of June. However I only have Sim data even tho the above appeared to satisfy the amount required for June. Do I have a 'double' Sierra chart account that is requiring additional funds? I am assuming that the cost for 'Denali" live for June is 46.00 which I have already satisfied. What is causing the additonal payment to activate 'live' data?? lbt |
