Thank you I just made a payment to Sierra on May 28 - if I am required to make another payment then it appears there is a double billing for June. My account shows that it is up to date ++ I realize I am creating a frustrating problem but the 'account is activated for Denali' however it is in 'Simulation" mode but there is some requirement for additonal funds patience Doctor patience. lbt |
