Lucid Prop firm Rithmic Data for Market profile

I am trying to connect Lucid Rithmic on their eval to Sierra and all my charts on my chartbook are blank. It says 'historical intraday Data download skipped' after changing global trade setting to Lucids recommended settings and hitting edit>translate symbols to current service. What is the problem? Thanks

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". the message log remains blank when I do this. The only thing it says on the chart is 'historical intraday Data download skipped' and then chart remains blank when I do the above directions. Its showing I have data for US30, USoil, xau, but for ES and NQ It shows the above message of skipping historical download

I noticed on the higher time frames it shows the chart loaded but the price is not moving. The lower time frame intraday chart will not load at all and gives the error message I stated above. Still nothing shows on the message log. Thanks |
