You are trying to get data for expired contracts - for instance we see a reference to "MESM4.CME" in your log. Rithmic has a lack of historical data in general, and does not supply any data for expired contracts. Hence the reason you would need to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy If those symbols are not there on purpose, then you can remove those references and be able to get the real-time data from Rithmic. We also recommend removing any symbol that is not Rithmic specific - such as "XAUUSD". Refer to the following regarding this: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Frequent Reconnections If you do want to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, then keep in mind that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
